Group Therapy in Orange County, Ca
Group therapy offers space to build skills, feel supported, and connect with others who share similar experiences.
Small groups of 4–8 participants provide opportunities to:
• Practice communication and relationship skills
• Learn with and from peers
• Explore new ways of relating to others
• Build connection and a sense of belonging
Groups are available for adolescents and adults. They can complement individual therapy and trauma work or offer support on their own.
Each group’s focus evolves with participants’ needs.
Topics may include stress and the body’s response, understanding emotions, personal values, trauma and attachment, thoughts and behaviors, parts of self, self-esteem, self-compassion, and mindfulness.
