Intensive (with or without EMDR)
Individual intensive therapy is a focused treatment approach that offers multiple one-on-one therapy sessions in a condensed timeframe. This method is designed to address specific mental health issues more rapidly than traditional weekly therapy sessions.
Key Features
Personalized Support: Each session is tailored to the individual's unique needs, allowing for deeper exploration of personal challenges.
Accelerated Healing: The concentrated format helps clients achieve significant progress in a shorter period, often leading to breakthroughs that may not occur in standard therapy.
Structured Schedule: Sessions are typically scheduled multiple times a week, providing consistent support and engagement.

Group Therapy
Group therapy is an excellent way to build skills and increase support. It provides space and opportunity for relational healing among individuals with similar experiences. This can be provided as an adjunct approach to trauma work or stand alone for children/adolescents/teens and/or young adults, who need skill building in addition to trauma processing/individual therapy. Groups are small (4 - 8 individuals) and offer a rich and dynamic component not afforded by the individual psychotherapy setting, including opportunities for social connections and peer learning.

Clinical Supervision & Consultation
I have supervised practicum students, interns and clinicians across a variety of settings, in various capacities. Collaboration and lifelong learning are crucial components for all effective clinicians. I have never been more passionate about this work. I have a lot of experience, training in several unique areas and I continue to grow and learn. I have always valued supervision from both roles. I see it as a way to give back and stay current, and I love to support therapists in their development, as it’s enriching for both.
